ORDERS

Once you have placed your order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation by email. Please be aware that this automatic reply is not a legally binding order confirmation, but an electronic receipt for having received your order.  

When your order is registered at our warehouse and the package is shipped, you will receive your invoice and the amount of your purchase will be deducted from your bank account. Afterward, you will receive a delivery confirmation by email with a track and trace number. Your invoice is your receipt and your warranty.

We reserve all rights to sold out items and will contact you as soon as possible if a problem regarding your order occurs. 

CHANGE OF CONFIRMED ORDER

We will process your order as fast as possible to ensure a quick delivery. It is therefore not always possible to change your order, once it has been received. If you wish to make any changes to your order, please contact our customer service at help@hvisk.com. Please make sure to include “ORDER CHANGE” and order number in the subject title.  

PAYMENT AND SAFETY

Payment for online purchases can be done with Dankort, Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Visa Electron, Maestro and Klarna. The information is encrypted and transmitted between you as a customer and HVISK. The amount will be withdrawn from your account, when the order is shipped. For further information regarding use of personal data, please see our Privacy Policy

SHIPPING

SHIPPING

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a delivery confirmation by email with a track & trace number, so you can follow your order. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the track & trace number to be activated.

We offer free shipping on purchases above €89 in EU. Purchases below €89 and outside EU will be subject to a shipping fee. Specific prices and shipping options are available at check out. Delivery times vary depending on your choice of shipping method. 

IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES

Please note that customers outside the EU, including Norway, may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are charged once the order reaches the country of destination. These charges are the customers' responsibility. HVISK cannot take any responsibility for additional charges in relation to customs clearance. For further information about local duties, please contact your country’s local customs office.

RETURNS

RETURNS

HVISK offers returns within 30 days. The return period applies from the day you receive the order. Please note that items purchased at HVISK must be returned unused and with the original HVISK labels and hangtags. Products returned without labels or products that are not in the same condition as they were when received cannot be returned. 

HVISK does not offer free returns. You can choose any courier you prefer. We recommend that you select a shipping method with track and trace, in case the package gets lost in transit. Please save the track and trace code until we have received the package and refunded you. 

When returning, the package must be shipped directly to HVISK's warehouse, as we cannot collect packages from pick-up points. Packages that are not shipped directly will be returned to the sender. HVISK does not take any responsibility for packages that do not arrive at the warehouse and will not cover any additional fees. 

If you wish to return an item, please remember to fill out our return form and forward it with your return package.

As soon as we have received and processed your return, you will receive a confirmation email and a refund will be issued to the account used when purchasing. The duration of the refund depends on your choice of payment.

CLAIMS

CLAIMS

In case you are experiencing any issues regarding your order, please contact our customer service help@hvisk.com. If you want to make a claim on a specific item, please remember to include the order number and pictures that documents the claim. Then we will get back to you as soon as possible with a solution.

Please note that return fees are non-refundable, if you have not been in contact with our customer service prior to your return.

WARRANTY

In accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act, you are granted a 24-month warranty on all products. This means that you can, depending on the specific situation, either have a faulty product repaired or replaced, or receive a refund or reduction of price. For all complaints, documentation of the purchase is required (the original invoice for the faulty item).

The right of warranty requires that the complaint is justified and that the defect is not caused by incorrect use of the product, lack of maintenance, or ordinary wear and tear.

GIFT CARDS

GIFT CARDS

The following terms and conditions apply when purchasing and redeeming gift cards. All gift cards to HVISK.com are electronic and expire after 3 years. The maximum value of a gift card is €50. HVISK does not take responsibility for lost, damaged, stolen, or deactivated gift cards. Please note that gift cards are non-refundable. HVISK reserves the right to change these terms and conditions.

The gift card is valid as payment or partial payment. When using your gift card on HVISK.com, the purchased amount will be deducted from the balance. You can be informed of your gift card balance by contacting customer service on email or phone. Please include your gift card code in the email or have the gift card code ready if contacting us by telephone.

Entering your details and subscribing to the newsletter means that you are giving HVISK your consent to collect and process your personal information, for the purpose of sending you our newsletters. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

When sending out newsletters, your personal information can be passed on to HVISK’s partners, who provide services on HVISK’s behalf. These partners only process the personal data in accordance with HVISK’s instructions.

When you create a customer account at www.HVISK.com, your personal information will be processed in accordance with current personal data legislation. This means that your personal information is treated as confidential. The purpose of collecting your information is to create a HVISK account for you, so you can gain information regarding your orders, tracking numbers and proceed more quickly through the check out process. Creating an account means that you are granting your consent to HVISK’s collection, storage and usage of your personal information.

We keep statistics about our users’ use of our website and which products our users prefer in order to improve the website. This data does not contain personal data. We do not sell or disclose information about how our users navigate and use our website, neither information about your purchase history to third parties.

DISCLOSURE TO OTHER DATA CONTROLLERS

Your personal information will not be disclosed to a third party without your permission. However, under specific circumstances and in accordance with legislation, we may be required by law to transfer information to public authorities or the police. For example, we are required to disclose information to the police in cases of suspected credit card fraud.

HANDOVER TO OTHER DATA PROCESSORS

Your personal data is disclosed to our partners who provide services on behalf of HVISK. In connection with sending out newsletters will information be disclosed to our partner and in connection with product delivery will information be handed over to the shipping companies that HVISK’s is using. These partners only process the personal data in accordance with HVISK’s instructions.

TRANSFERRING DATA TO THIRD COUNTRIES

As we use the services of the Canadian platform Shopify when you shop at our website, your personal data is transferred to Canada. As a Canadian organization, Shopify handles your personal data according to the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), which means they handle your personal data according to the highest security standards.

We also use the services of MailChimp, when sending out newsletters. MailChimp is located in the USA. As an American organization, MailChimp handles your personal data according to the EU-U.S Privacy Shield Framework, which means they also handle your data according to the highest international standards. The Commission has decided that the level of protection is sufficient in both countries.

DELETING YOUR PERSONAL DATA

We delete your personal data when we no longer need to process them in order to fulfil one or more of the purposes stated in section 4. However, the data may be processed and stored for a longer period in anonymized form.

YOUR RIGHTS

You are entitled to gain insight into the personal data we process about you, but with certain legislative exceptions. You are also entitled to object to the collection and further processing of your personal data. Furthermore, you are entitled to have your personal information corrected, deleted or blocked, in accordance with relevant regulations. You are additionally entitled to obtain information about yourself that you have given to us and to have this data transmitted to another data controller.

WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT

Our website may contain links to other websites or to integrated sites. We are not responsible for the content of the websites of other companies or for the practices of such companies regarding the collection of personal data. KLARNA

In order to be able to offer you Klarna’s payment options, we will transfer certain aspects of your personal information to Klarna, such as contact and order details, in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment options and to tailor the payment options for you.
