When placing an order at HVISK, you will automatically receive an order confirmation by e-mail. Note that the automatic confirmation (by e-mail) is not a legally binding confirmation, but an electronic receipt for receiving your order.
When the order is registered in our stock and the package is ready for shipment, the amount of the purchase will be withdrawn from your account. You will receive an e-mail with a track and trace number when your order is shipped. Your invoice will be send with your package and this is your receipt of purchase.
We cannot guarantee that all styles are in stock, and we will contact you as soon as possible, if there is any problem regarding your order.
All prices are in USD and include 25% VAT. There may be changes in taxes or prices, in which HVISK holds no responsibility.
If you are not fully satisfied with your order, don’t worry: HVISK offers returns within 30 days. The return applies from the date of receipt of the shipment. Please note that the product should be returned unused and with the original HVISK labels. Products returned without labels or products that are not in the same condition as they were received, may risk depreciation.
As soon as we have processed your return, we will send a confirmation by e-mail, and we will refund the amount to the payment card you paid with. The amount will be visible on your account within 3–5 business days. If you wish to exchange a product to another size or product, please place a new order on the webshop.
Payment for online purchases is done by Dankort, Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Visa Electron and Maestro. The information is encrypted and transmitted between you as a costumer and HVISK. The amount will be withdrawn from your account, when the order is shipped. Personal information (name, address, e-mail etc.) is not encrypted, but is only used internally.
In accordance to the Danish Sale of Goods Act, you are granted a 24-month warranty on all products. However, proof of purchase is required in all complaints (original invoice or receipt of purchase).
The warranty does not apply to products that are defect due to damage by improper use, lack of maintenance or normal wear and tear.
For products with limited-life, your warranty is limited to the normal life customary for the product concerned. In case of complaint, defects or an undelivered order, please contact customer service as soon as possible: email@example.com

To create a return, please download our return form, print it, fill it in and finally, put it inside your return package. Click here to download the return form. You choose the courier and the return fees will not be refunded by HVISK. We recommend that you choose a shipping method with track and trace, so you will be protected in case the package gets lost in transit. You will need access to a printer to complete your return.
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a delivery confirmation with a track & trace number, so you can follow your order. It may take up to 24 hours for the track & trace number to be active.
We offer free shipping on purchases above 115USD. Purchases below 115USD will be subject to a shipping fee. Specific prices and shipping options are available at check out.
We strive for parcels to be delivered as quickly as possible. Delivery times vary depending on your choice of courier.
Please note that customers outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are charged once the order reaches the country of destination. These charges are the customers' responsibility. HVISK has no control over additional charges in relation to customs clearance. For further information about local duties, please contact your country’s local customs office.
